Farmer raises mixed vegetables, fruits and flowers and pasture-grazed hogs,turkeys and chickens using natural and biodynamic practices. Members come tothe farm to pick their own produce and to participate in volunteer and educational programs, full-moon celebrations, and seasonal events. Interns will interact with farm club members. Market Growers Wanted

Village Green Market - Vendors Wanted! Huston Township's new Village Green Market is looking for Vendors.  If you are interested, call Ann Wilken, 355-8026 (or abwilken@verizon.net).  If you know someone else who might be interested, please pass this along!  We hope to see you at the Market this summer! Market will run June through October, 2008, on the first Saturday of every month, 10am – 4pm (except June 7 - Noon to 6pm). The market will be held on the grounds of the Huston Township Community Building. Vendor spaces are available FREE the first visit, and $8/day for return visits. (Junior and Senior Vendors are discounted). Vendors must bring their own set-up equipment. There may be a few spaces available to vendors selling from their vehicle. The Village Green Market organizers reserve the right to reject a vendor based on the guidelines stated above. Village Green Market is supported, in part, by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture

Natural Dairy Products is looking for growers to supply produce for their new farmers' market. Natural Dairy Products operates a retail outlet in Avondale , PA where they market Natural By Nature organic dairy products, as well as meats from local farmers and other organic offerings. This year they are adding a farmers' market in a shaded grassy glade just outside of the store. They are in search of local producers of organic produce, fruits, bedding plants, etc. who may be interested in setting up a table once a week. A New Farmers' Market is starting at the Brews ‘n Bytes Restaurant (www.brewsnbytes.com) in Danville (Montour County / 20 Lower MulberryStreet). The market will be located behind the restaurant on Saturdays from 8am-1pm. The first weekend will be May 12. They are looking for those interested in selling produce, meats and other locally produced goods.
